Challenges. A global redevelopment increased the living space from 150 sq.m to 260 sq.m by reducing the terrace to 30 sq.m. The goal was to create a spacious, open and highly functional layout, filled with natural light and a sense of continuity across all zones.
Planning. The heart of the apartment is a 108 sq.m living room that combines a lounge, dining area, kitchen with an island, and a 3.5 sq.m wine room with glass doors, wooden interior, and rebar bottle holders.
Additional spaces include:
— master bedroom with an open bathroom and a central partition for TV and mirrors
— guest bedroom with a hidden dressing room
— a large walk-in closet with a technical unit
— children’s room
— multiple bathrooms
— an open terrace (30 sq.m) overlooking Kyiv
Realization. Building Evolution performed a full range of repair and finishing works, including author’s and technical supervision.
Materials. Natural wood, stone, glass structures, gypsum moldings, and several types of decorative plaster were used to create a refined and functional interior.
