Challenges. The key challenge was to avoid turning the office into a home — and the home into an office. The goal was to create a functional yet cohesive space that balances work and relaxation.
Planning. A unique apartment that doubles as a workspace. The layout features two main zones: a work block with a meeting room and informal communication area, and a private block with an open-plan bedroom and living room. A large portion of the apartment (82 sq.m) is allocated to a spacious kitchen, with an additional bathroom included.
Realization. Building Evolution carried out the full range of repair and finishing works, including author’s and technical supervision.
Materials. Natural wood, soft fabric panels, marble, and several types of decorative plaster were used to bring warmth and texture to the space.
