Challenges. The task was to create a “grown-up” interior — mature, bold, and refined. Architectural features such as curved glass, cast concrete stairs, and full-height doors demanded flawless execution. The project required full-cycle coordination, technical oversight, and attention to every hidden detail.

Planning. The penthouse includes 4 bedrooms, a central kitchen with an island, well-zoned bathrooms, a feature staircase, corridors, and an entrance area. Each space is designed around function, material depth, and clarity of form. The kitchen serves as the core; the staircase — an architectural highlight; and each bedroom — a distinct mood within a shared design logic.

Realization. Building Evolution was responsible for:

▪️ full scope of finishing works (gypsum board, painting, parquet, tiling, ventilation, lighting)

▪️ complete construction management and organization

▪️ technical supervision and coordination of all involved teams

▪️ integration of detailed solutions: curved forms, hidden lighting, seamless junctions, recessed elements

The project was developed in collaboration with United Architects, Make My Space, and SPS Bud Stairs.

Materials. Natural wood, decorative plaster, curved glass, concrete, tiles, integrated lighting and ventilation systems.
