PENTHOUSE OBOLON RESIDENCE

Challenges. A four-level penthouse that demanded meticulous coordination at every stage — from alpine-assisted delivery of materials to complex on-site fabrication. A special focus was given to engineering systems that ensure full comfort and autonomy.

Planning. The residence includes 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen with island, spacious living room, cinema, gym, winter garden, walk-in closets, home offices, and a panoramic terrace.

Each zone is shaped around light, silence, and elegant functionality — tailored to the rhythm of the family’s life.

Realization. Building Evolution executed a full turnkey scope:
