PRIVATE RESIDENCE RECONSTRUCTION

Challenges. The project began with a full-scale reconstruction of an existing 450 sq.m house. After redesign and expansion, the total area increased to 650 sq.m. Building Evolution acted as the general contractor, taking full responsibility for all processes — from demolition to final finishes. The challenge was to carefully upgrade the architecture, integrate modern systems, and create a fully functional family residence.

Planning. A private residence designed for a family with two children. The property includes:

— guest unit

— garage

— swimming pool

— recreational areas

Realization. As the general contractor, Building Evolution coordinated every stage of the project:
