Challenges. The task was to design a space with functional zoning and expressive material accents. The most complex part of the implementation was the natural onyx wall with integrated lighting — a striking centerpiece of the interior.

Planning. A three-room apartment designed for a modern family. The layout includes a living room combined with a kitchen, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a children’s room, a bathroom, and a spacious foyer that subtly separates the zones. A key element of the living area is a column in front of the entrance, clad in natural marble and agate.

Realization. Building Evolution carried out the full scope of turnkey renovation and construction work, including author’s and technical supervision.

Materials. Natural stone (marble, agate, onyx), decorative plaster, ceramic granite, gypsum moldings, glass, and wood were used throughout the interior to achieve a refined and cohesive look.
