Challenges. A private house in sunny Spain with an area of 1,100 sq.m. The main task is to prepare the villa, which has been preserved for 10 years, for comfortable family living.
Planning. We did not radically change the plan of the house, because the main challenge was to make the villa ready for occupancy. Special attention was paid to the living room area: the fireplace was reconstructed so that customers could welcome the New Year holidays in a special home atmosphere.
Realization. We carried out a full range of renovation works: from an empty room to rooms ready to welcome the family. They also sanded the floor, painted the walls and ceiling, cleaned the facade, restored wooden elements and the pool, provided technical, facade and decorative lighting. For safety and comfort, security systems were provided and engineering networks were installed.
Materials. For this object, the best were chosen from different parts of the world to get a result that exceeded expectations.
