Challenges. This home was built under sensitive conditions — the clients were living next door throughout the renovation. Every phase of the process had to be executed with precision and discretion. Over 50 specialized professionals worked together on this project, from early drawings to the final details.

Planning. The house is a tribute to Ukrainian culture reimagined through a modern lens. The interior features:

— curved parquet flooring

— embroidered patterns on the walls

— abundant natural wood and a fireplace

— designer furniture, rugs, and decorative plaster

Each element subtly references different cultural eras while remaining refined and contemporary.

Realization. Building Evolution managed the project from the first sketch to full completion. Engineering networks were installed first, followed by complex construction and finishing works tailored to the client’s vision. The result is a home where tradition and elegance coexist seamlessly.
